107 OASIS PARQUE – GFR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All reservations for properties made via the Alvor Oasis web site must be made by Email or Telephone.

2. Upon receipt of the reservation, and subject to availability, the Property Owner will send by Email confirmation of the reservation.

3. The confirmation will include details of clients requirements as requested:-

- Dates of travel.

- Flight details, which include arrival and departure dates.

- Client contact details

- A complete list of the number and names of the guests. (Please note that when the party arrives, should there be any additional members, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the property)

- Method of Payment for your vacation

- Again please note this is a no smoking apartment and that no pets are allowed.

4. After confirmation of booking a 25% deposit to the value of the rental will be due within 10 days. Should this payment not be received within this timescale the property owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and put the property back up for rental for this time period. Also any cancellations in the six week period prior to departure will forfeit their deposit. The remaining amount for the apartment rental should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your booking is made within this 6 week period then the full amount will be due upon confirmation of booking to secure the booking.

5. In the event of having to cancel a booking, even owing to causes outside of their control, the initial deposit is not refundable. (If the Accommodation can be re-let, then the deposit will be refunded in full)

6. A holding deposit of £100 will also be required and this will be paid to the Manager when he greets you on arrival. This will cover any damage/breakages.  Our Manager will then arrange to give you the flat keys and the leisure centre cards and also explain to you various aspects of the apartment. This deposit is fully refundable on departure less any damages caused. In the event of any damage it is important to contact the onsite manager to advise of any problems.

7. In the event of substantial damage to a property, as a result of inadvertent or deliberate action of clients, repair of such damage will be fully chargeable to the clients account .

8. Please note we do not take any part in arranging car hire, flights or holiday insurance.

9. All facilities the apartment has to offer are included in the overall price of the rental agreement.

10. Payments can be made by either cheque (English or Euro) or by transfer into an English or Portugese Bank account.
