Nightlife

There are many good places to go if you are looking for some night life around the apartment. Alvor has many great small bars if you are looking for somewhere to relax after having a nice meal. For bars and clubs then Praia Da Rocha and Albuferia are the places to go for a night out. Praia Da Rocha is basically an extension of Portimao and the nightlife can be found on the long street down by the waterfront. It has an array of bars and restaurants and also has a nightclub called the Kathedral which is popular with the tourists. It will take 5-10 minutes in a taxi to get here. Albuferia is slightly further away from the apartment but has a great array of bars, restaurants and nightclubs with the most popular being the Kiss nightclub. Be aware that it will take 20-25 minutes in a taxi to get here so this might need to be figured in when planning you evenings ahead.
