Our stunning recently completed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment is located in the up market Oasis Parque development – a newly completed purpose built community of privately owned villas and apartments with first class leisure facilities, which include a new heated indoor pool complex with jacuzzi, outdoor pool with childrens pool, outdoor tennis courts and a large childrens play area all reserved exclusively for residents. This makes it an ideal destination for a family holiday in the Algarve.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 3 storey building and has the benefit of a fully contained exclusive sunny aspect garden, ideal for dining or for children playing. The apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard and includes an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and satellite TV.

The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer and there is also an iron and ironing board kept in the main wardrobe between the bedrooms. The apartment also has the benefit of being fully air conditioned (and heated in the winter should this be a requirement). A baby cot can be provided if required at a small surcharge.

There are 2 double sized bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed situated in the living area. There is a full size walk in shower in the family bathroom.

In the living area there is a dining table and 4 chairs, Furthermore the kitchen has an additional 2 chairs, 2 stools and small table. There is a south westerly facing fully self contained exclusive garden which is ideal for outside dining and is a safe play area for children. It contains 4 chairs and patio table along with 2 sun loungers if you want to catch those last rays of sun in the evening.

There is an exclusive parking space outside the apartment. We would recommend renting a car as the development is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach and nearest town.
